We understand that organising any conference or meeting away from your normal office environment can be daunting. We can replicate your usual office setup at your chosen venue therefore helping to ensure the smooth running of your event.

Whether you need a Plasma Screen for a client presentation or a Colour Digital Photocopier that can be networked to scan and print from multiple access points, we can provide you with the latest state of the art equipment.

Access and setup times provided by the venue can be restrictive. We are able to offer a bespoke service where you can dictate the exact installation and set-up times.

Our standard support package included in all our rental charges incorporates a comprehensive demonstration of the equipment and service cover between 8.00am and 6.00pm. For events that run outside normal working hours we can either offer access to our 24 hour telephone hotline with on-site support when required or provide an engineer to remain on-site for the duration of the event.
