Exhibitions can take months to organise and it is therefore imperative that during the days of the actual event the equipment in the organiser’s office is fast and reliable.

Whether you require a Desktop Copier and Fax or a fully functioning Business/Press Centre we can provide state of the art and reliable Audio Visual and Office equipment for every eventuality.

Having worked closely with the Exhibition industry over the last thirteen years we know many of the logistical issues faced by the Organiser. For example set-up and de-rig times are sometimes restrictive. We are able to offer a bespoke service where you can dictate these times.

Our standard support package included in all our rental charges incorporates a comprehensive demonstration of the equipment and service cover between 8.00am and 6.00pm. For events that run outside normal working hours we can either offer access to our 24 hour telephone hotline with on-site support when required or provide an engineer to remain on-site for the duration of the event.
