Whether your client requires a Printer for their bedroom or a fully functioning office set up in a conference suite, we can provide the latest state of the art Audio Visual and Office Equipment for every eventuality. We understand that equipment rental can be a valuable source of additional revenue. To ensure maximum discretion, prices are omitted from all paperwork.

Our rental co-ordinator will discuss your client’s requirements with a member of your Events/Banqueting team. This will ensure that your client’s expectations are completely fulfilled.

We have worked with the Hotel and Venue industry for the last thirteen years and understand that installation and de-rig times are often outside normal working hours. We also understand that when installation times are provided, it is imperative that they are adhered to, to ensure the smooth running of the hotel or venue.

Our standard support package included in all our rental charges incorporates a comprehensive demonstration of the equipment and service cover between 8.00am and 6.00pm. For events that run outside normal working hours we can either offer access to our 24 hour telephone hotline with on-site support when required or provide an engineer to remain on-site for the duration of the event. The 24 hour cover option is very popular with clients from overseas who may wish to work through the night.
